About the role:

We are seeking a curious and analytical Junior Data Analytics Analyst to help drive data-informed decisions across the organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates in data analytics, statistics, economics, or related fields, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience, who are eager to grow their data analysis skills in a dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
  

• Implement automation and AI tools to improve data processes and efficiency.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategy.

• Assist in designing and maintaining databases and analytics tools.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

• Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.

• Fluency in Czech and English is required.
