This is a Mini-Job position. 



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be responsible for ensuring that tables are set and cleared in a timely manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, efficient, and thoughtful service at all times.
  • Be knowledgeable of Manifesto's offers and events to provide the customers with information regarding our venues, menus, pricing and events.
  • Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the markets are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained.
  • Support inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items.
  • Maintenance supervision & regular environment checks: floor cleaning, furniture set-up, toilets maintenance. Stocking, organizing and preparing service-related items in the space and storage.
  • Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure the satisfaction of all guests (ongoing cleaning, sanitation, stocking, and organizing).
  • Support seat reservations management: control of bookings, preparation of booked tables.
  • Complete all administrative duties competently, efficiently, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
  • Supervise correct operation of the POS systems.
  • Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area.
  • Support preparation of standards and rules playbook (SOP).
  • Adhere to all Manifesto Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Receive instructions from the Market Manager and prioritize tasks effectively.
